Independent cottage of 70 m² that sleeps 4-6, enclosed in the loquat garden at 30 mt from the pool complex. It includes a wide private garden, a sitting room, kitchen, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, bedroom with bunk beds, second bathroom.

The access is from a private and secluded garden and patio, shaded by a Jacaranda tree, a pond with water plants in a background of natural rocks with underwood plants. Wide terracotta seats in the shade create a relaxing area. External dining table for 6.

The entrance is on large living room with windows on the garden, corner sofa bed, dining table for 4-6 and TV. The living room leads to a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden.

The double bedroom overlooking the loquat garden has an ensuite bathroom with a special shower cabin with hydro-massage, music and lights.

Second bedroom with two bunk beds, wardrobe and window on the loquat garden and second bathroom with the same view.

In the hall a large wardrobe with mirror doors.

• Touristic tours to the historical highlights of Palermo and Monreale, only 30 km away, can be organised with our own English speaking guide and private transportation on a bus. We have designed six routes to explore Palermo in different periods (Arab-Norman, Baroque, Liberty), to visits its aristocratic Palaces, the Byzantine Cathedral of Monreale and the 10th century Castle of Trabia built on the sea rocks.
