The main house is on two floors and with its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms accommodates up to 10 guests. Located in a raised and central position within Villa Cecilia, at 50 meters from the sea, the main house dominates the botanic garden, the loquat garden and the gulf of Trabia.

The entrance hall leads to an elegant dining room with a piano and direct access to a large terrace overlooking the sea. Next to the dining room is the living room with a working fireplace, confortable sofas and TV. In the same floor a bathroom with sea view and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the ground floor, an external covered terrace overlooking the garden and the pools is equipped with a large barbecue and is ideal for dining outside under the relaxing sound of the waterfalls.

The sleeping quarters upstairs consists of five bedrooms all with sea-view private balcony (four ensuite double bedrooms and a small twin room in one of the suites).

On the same level as the sleeping quarter are a dining area and another kitchen opening out onto a large terrace overlooking the extensive gardens and onto two roof gardens on two levels with a stunning view on the sea bay.

• Private chef available for breakfast, lunch or dinner, also for large groups, with a rich and wide selection of national and Sicilian dishes. Details available on request.
• Touristic tours to the historical highlights of Palermo and Monreale, only 30 km away, can be organised with our own English speaking guide (art historian) and private transportation on a bus for up to 18 people. We have designed six routes to explore Palermo in different periods (Arab-Norman, Baroque, Liberty), to visits its aristocratic Palaces, the Byzantine Cathedral of Monreale and the 10th century Castle of Trabia built on the sea rocks.
